Cancelling a Gold subscription

You can downgrade your account to Silver (free subscription) at anytime. Downgrading your account removes premium features from your account and will archive any lessons over your new storage limit with the Silver subscription (100 MB). Lessons are only restored once your account is upgraded. 

To downgrade your account, please follow the following steps.

Step 1: Login to


Step 2: Click on the silhouette icon on on top right and select Manage Nearpod Account


Step 3: Select Payment Details


Step 4: Select Manage Payment Details



Step 5: Select To downgrade your account, contact us here


This will send a ticket to our support team ( requesting that your account be downgraded.
