Manual Steps
Generate a Key and Secret for LTI 1.1
All LTI 1.1 integration requires a key and secret entered into the LMS. To generate the key and secret for your LMS, please follow the steps below.
- Open nearpod.com and sign into your District or School admin account.
- In the left navigation, select Manage Nearpod
- In the left navigation, select LMS Integration Setup
- Under LTI 1.1 setup, click on Generate Key and Secret link
- Copy and paste the two items into your LMS

Use the provided XML configuration to your LMS through the LTI 1.1 setup process.
