The School Library is a space for you and colleagues at your school to share and streamline content. This library is specifically designed for Silver, Gold, and Platinum users at the same school. Once you have added your school to your account, you have access to this library.

From your Nearpod homepage, click on the School Library in the sidebar.
In the right sidebar, you will see the amount of storage in your library, the ability to invite others, and a list of colleagues at your school.
In the middle of the screen, you will see lessons added to the School Library by your colleagues.
Invite colleagues to join the fun by clicking ‘Invite Others.’
Type your colleagues’ email addresses in the email address boxes and select ‘Send Invite’. They will get an invitation to join Nearpod via email. If they already have a Nearpod account, they will get an email inviting them to join your school.

How to add lessons to the School Library
You can add lessons to the library in 3 places:
- Click the ‘Add lessons’ button in the School Library. This will show a list of your own lessons. Select a lesson and click ‘Add’
2. Add from My Lessons. Hover over a lesson, click the three dots, select ‘Add to’ and then select ‘School Library.’
3. Add from the Nearpod Library by clicking ‘Add to’ and select ‘School Library.’
Additional Notes:
- For each colleague at your school, 50 MB are added to the library, up to 500 MB max.
- Confirm with your colleagues before deleting any lessons from the library - they will be deleted from the library for everyone.
