How do I upgrade my account?

 If you go here, you'll see the four major account types.


Once there, you will be able to click the upgrade button under Gold or contact us for Platinum, School, or District.

After selecting upgrade, you will be prompted to enter payment information (credit card or PayPal)*




After completing the purchase, you will receive an email to the address associated with your Nearpod account. In that email will be instructions on how to obtain a receipt.

If you would like for your institution to pay for the license, you can send a purchase order via email to,  fax to (305) 655 1999, or mail it directly to us at --

When generating the PO, make sure to include the product being ordered (Platinum license for $120) and the name and email of the user that wants to upgrade.

*Currently, we only offer an subscription through an annual payment model.

**Gold licenses can only be paid for via as Purchase Orders are no longer accepted for that product offering)
